When writing about your account, please email from the address you use to sign in with Google so we can find it quickly. Never send card numbers or passwords by email.

How quickly do you reply?
We reply to every email within 2 business days, usually sooner.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the app, go to Progress → My plan, and choose Manage billing or Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my child's data?
Email us from the address you sign in with and ask for account deletion. We delete the account and all its progress within 30 days.
