Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. What you receive
BeadBop plans (Free, Premium and Family) give access to our online abacus lessons, games and practice tools at beadbop.com, in any modern web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.
2. When access is delivered
- Free plan: available immediately after you sign in with Google.
- Premium and Family: unlocked instantly — usually within a few seconds — once checkout is complete (including the start of a free trial). The plan appears in the app under Progress → My plan.
- Your payment provider (Stripe or Razorpay) emails a receipt to the email address used at checkout.
3. If your plan doesn't unlock
Occasionally a payment takes a minute to confirm. Refresh the app after a minute. If your plan still isn't active within 24 hours of payment, email abhishekr1983@gmail.com with the payment date and the email you sign in with — we'll activate it or give you a full refund.
4. Where the service is available
BeadBop works worldwide wherever beadbop.com can be reached. Prices are shown in your local currency where available.
